A free youth skills clinic powered by the Trent Battle Foundation is coming to the Al Trione Sports Complex in Daphne this weekend. Young student-athletes from ages 5-14 have the opportunity to learn skills and techniques from former Trojan football players including Battle, a running back for the TCU Horned Frogs. The statewide honors continue to roll in for Daphne junior Vic Moten who was recognized at Sunday’s Alabama Sports Writers Association banquet in Jacksonville as Miss Softball.
