Two of country music’s biggest stars will visit Alabama’s Gulf Coast this year.
On Monday morning Dwight Yoakum and Kenny Chesney both announced concert dates in Alabama.
Dwight Yoakum has been on the country music scene for 30 years. The singer-songwriter, musician and actor first became popular in the mid-1980s and has recorded more than 20 albums, charted more than 30 singles and sold more than 30 million records. His most recent album titled “Swimmin’ Pools, Movie Stars” is his first bluegrass album.
Yoakum will perform at the Saenger Theatre in Mobile March 26 at 8 p.m. Tickets go on sale Friday, Feb. 11 at 10 a.m. Tickets can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com or in person at the Saenger Theatre Box Office located at 6 South Joachim Street. Ticket prices range from $45 to $95.
In May, Kenny Chesney will bring the Here and Now Tour 2022 to The Wharf Amphitheater with special guest Carly Pearce. “Here and Now” is Chesney’s 19th studio album. The concert kicks off May 19 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets go on sale Feb. 11 at 10 a.m. online at Ticketmaster.com and The Wharf Box Office.
