FOLEY — Celebrate spring at OWA with a variety of family-friendly events. From their annual St. Pawtty's Day parade and Mustang Car Show to photos with the Easter Bunny, and a special Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt, these spring-inspired events offer something for everyone.

St. Pawtty's Day, March 11, at 1 p.m.

Everyone loves their furry friends, so OWA Parks & Resort invites you to bring them along to enjoy the fun at our sixth annual St. Pawtty's Day celebration. This is a family-friendly event featuring music, a dog kissing photo booth, pet parade, and costume contest located on the OWA Island. This year OWA is partnering with local animal rescue Angie's Dog House and donating all proceeds from admission fees to the organization.

Mustang Car Show, March 18, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The 43nd-annual Gulf Coast Regional Mustang and Mega Car Show returns to picturesque Downtown OWA. Join us for a daylong adventure as we journey through different types of vehicles —from classic mustangs to mega cars. Presented by the Gulf Coast Regional Mustang Club, this event is free for guests to attend and sure to delight all ages.

Bunnies and Baskets, April 8, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

This free event will be full of family-friendly events and activities, including a Golden Egg Hunt, Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt, and photos with the Easter Bunny. There will also be arts and crafts vendors throughout Downtown OWA, as well as children's activities and an appearance by Tuki the Toucan.

Rainbow Run, April 22, check-in begins at 7:30 a.m. and run begins at 9 a.m.

The most colorful race in Baldwin County, Rainbow Run, returns to OWA. This 1.5-mile run guarantees fun as rainbow-colored powder fills the air and covers the participants as they jog, walk, skip or sprint through the streets of Downtown OWA.

Be on the lookout for additional Spring Fling events coming soon. For more details and to register for the above events, visit www.visitowa.com.
