Snook Christian Academy's Zoe Galloway earned a top-10 finish at the Alabama Independent School Association State Cross Country Championships, placing seventh overall with a time of 23:34.78.
Galloway's performance capped a strong season for the Lady Eagles squad and showcased her consistency against some of the AISA's top runners. She crossed the finish line less than a minute behind the top five runners.
Eastwood Christian's Mariam Jacobsen won the individual title with a 21:45.50 finish, while East Central Patriots claimed the team championship with 23 points. Galloway was the only participant for Snook in the varsity girls 5K.
