A plethora of Baldwin County volleyball teams are wrapping up their runs in the AHSAA South Super Regionals in Montgomery at the Multiplex at Cramton Bowl.
Here's an update on how the area's teams are faring as of Friday morning:
- With a South Super Regional title on the line in a rivalry battle, Fairhope outlasted Daphne through five hard-fought sets Thursday morning. Both the Lady Pirates and Lady Trojans will now be heading to the Birmingham CrossPlex for next week's 6A State Tournament, with bracket play set to begin Tuesday morning. Fairhope will be holding a send-off for its players at 2:50 p.m. on Monday, and all of the other schools on this list figure to do the same. Daphne is notably making its first appearance at State since 2017.
