Southern California-based Pandr Design Co. is coming to The Wharf at Orange Beach for three days to install two, custom, hand-painted art installations. Pandr founders and artists, Roxy Prima and Phoebe Cornog, were in town Dec. 10-12, to manage the painting of the vibrant murals they designed.

Prima and Cornog have painted over 225 murals across the United States and in a few countries, but these will be their first and only in Alabama. Working with businesses like Lululemon and the Minnesota Vikings, the two female entrepreneurs are working to have an installation in all 50 states across the U.S.

"We are honored to host Pandr at The Wharf as they bring life in color to the Gulf Coast," said Sheena Mizell, marketing and public relations director for The Wharf. "They are known across the United States for having some of the best mural designs, and we are thrilled to have two of their concepts right here in Orange Beach. We invite the public to come out and watch the live installations."

Featuring eye-popping colors, interactive elements and the slogan "Orange Beach Is My Happy Place," the designs will play into all that The Wharf has to offer from world-renown sportfishing tournaments to top-industry musicians and everything in between.

The public is invited to come out to watch the designs come to life and share their experiences on social media by using the hashtag #TheWharfOBA. Painting will take place Friday 2 to 5 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (weather dependent).
