GULF SHORES — Grab your friends, family and a blanket or lawn chair and plop down at Meyer Park for the City of Gulf Shores’ upcoming Music at Meyer Park concerts.

These springtime Thursday concerts are free and open to the public. Shows begin at 6 p.m. at Meyer Park, which is at 400 E. 22nd Ave.

The lineup will kick off March 23 with Funk You before John Papa Gros serenades on March 30. The April shows will be 5 Miles Brass Band on April 6 and Dominich Michael Band on Paril 13.

These are rain or shine events. In the event of rain, the back-up location will be at the Big Beach Brewery.

Food trucks will be set up at each show for those wishing to purchase food, and the Coastal Alabama Business Chamber will be selling beverages for all ages to enjoy. Arepa’s Food Truck is scheduled for March 23, April 6 and April 13. The food truck for March 30 is TBD.

Meyer Park amenities include picnic shelters and tables, playground equipment, open grass fields and horseshoe pits.
