Four Baldwin County volleyball standouts have been selected to represent the South in the 30th-annual AHSAA North-South All-Star Week, scheduled for July 20-25.
The group includes four rising seniors from the Class of 2027: Bayside Academy's Reece Wilmott, Fairhope's Kenly Nelson and Addison Busby and Spanish Fort's Cailyn Boykin.
Reece Wilmott — Bayside Academy
Wilmott posted a .298 hitting percentage as a junior while totaling 283 kills, third-most on the Admirals roster. She also added 63 aces, 43 blocks and 118 digs during the 2025 season.
In two varsity seasons, Wilmott has accumulated 427 kills with a .319 career hitting percentage, along with 71 aces, 72 blocks and 142 digs. She helped guide Bayside to the Class 7A state tournament last fall.
Kenly Nelson — Fairhope
Nelson emerged as Fairhope's top offensive weapon in her first season as a varsity starter, leading the Pirates with 389 kills and a .287 hitting percentage. She also recorded 48 blocks, third-most on the team, along with 63 digs during the 2025 season.
Addison Busby — Fairhope
Busby anchored Fairhope's defense and serve-receive unit, finishing with 424 digs to lead the team in her first year as a varsity starter. She also contributed 48 aces, second-most on the roster, along with 154 assists and a team-high 575 serve receptions.
Cailyn Boykin — Spanish Fort
Boykin helped lead Spanish Fort to back-to-back Class 6A state championships and put together one of the top statistical seasons in the state.
She totaled 1,638 assists, leading the team and ranking second in Alabama and nationally. Boykin also posted a .404 hitting percentage and added 66 aces, 68 kills, 32 blocks and 351 digs. Entering her fourth varsity season, Boykin has compiled 3,261 career assists — placing her among the top 25 all-time in Alabama — along with 187 kills, 200 aces, 61 blocks and 821 digs.
