The City of Foley is asking residents to speak up about local flooding and drainage problems as it develops a Stormwater Management Plan for the Bon Secour Watershed.
City officials say public input will help pinpoint problem areas and guide how future drainage improvements are prioritized. The goal is to make sure the city directs its resources where they’ll have the biggest impact.
Residents can fill out a brief 13-question survey to share their experiences with stormwater issues. The survey will stay open for the next month, according to Guy Busby, Foley’s marketing communications manager.
The survey is available at https://bit.ly/4oqw5Q6, and a map of the Bon Secour Watershed project area can be viewed at https://bit.ly/4opnzRi.
