A new Chick-fil-A is in the works and coming to Fairhope.

The new Chick-fil-A will be within the Plantation Pointe shopping center, where Ruby Tuesday used to be, at the corner of Fairhope Avenue and Greeno Road, which has been demolished.

GCM previously confirmed in July 2024 that there were plans for a new location in Fairhope. Chick-fil-A will now have four locations across Baldwin County, with three currently in Foley, Daphne and Spanish Fort. Chick-fil-A underwent an extensive remodeling process at its Daphne location and reopened to the public earlier this year.

City planners said they hope to have the new Fairhope Chick-fil-A open by Spring 2026.
