ROBERTSDALE, Ala. — The Central Baldwin Chamber of Commerce is currently accepting applications for the Chamber’s Junior Executive Program.

The Junior Executive Program is designed to enhance the quality of leadership skills of high school juniors and seniors in the central Baldwin area including Robertsdale High School, Central Christian School and local home-schooled students.

Students will prepare for their future by learning about their local community. They will do this by attending city council meetings and Chamber board meetings, participating in Chamber committee meetings, attending and helping out at various Chamber and Community events, volunteering in the Chamber office and participating in seminars.

Junior executives will develop social and networking skills by participating at Chamber networking events.

Points are given to the students for each activity they participate in. A scholarship is awarded to at least one junior executive senior, who meets the program criteria, at the end of the school year. Scholarship amount is based on the number of sponsorships and donations from Chamber of Commerce members. Multiple scholarships may be given depending on the contributions received.

For more information on how your child can be involved, call the Chamber office at 251-947-2626.
