Located near the finest Gulf beaches, right in Gulf Shores AL, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo is a must visit for the family vacation.  The zoo was founded in 1989, and today has nearly 300 animals as we prepare to move to new, larger facilities nearby.  We're open daily 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years day)
