The 22nd annual Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival took place this past weekend at OWA in Foley. Despite the weather forcing pilots to stay at ground level on opening day, it was still fun and games with vendors, live music and food the rest of the weekend. Some pilots would go on to take part in a last minute hot air balloon trip on the morning of Sunday, May 3, to close out the weekend.
