The Senior Lifestyle Expo is coming to Baldwin County on Oct.30, offering older adults, caregivers and families a day dedicated to health, wellness and community engagement.

According to a news release, the event will be held at the Baldwin County Coliseum from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Now in its latest edition, the expo is recognized as the Gulf Coast’s premier event for aging adults, emphasizing proactive wellness, lifestyle learning and meaningful connections. Attendees can explore a diverse range of exhibits from 65 to 80 vendors including healthcare providers, financial advisors, retirement communities and lifestyle product companies.

The expo also features seasonal vaccinations, health screenings, shopping opportunities, free lunch and games with prizes and giveaways. Visitors are encouraged to come prepared to walk through the exhibit hall and take full advantage of the resources available.

"At the heart of our community are the older adults who’ve paved the way for us all," AAA Director Julie McGee said in the release. "Hosting the Senior Lifestyle Expo is our way of giving back—by connecting seniors, families, and caregivers with the tools, resources, and relationships that enrich lives and strengthen our community."

Admission is free, and attendees can take advantage of free parking and shuttle services throughout the Baldwin County Coliseum area.
