Roberts Brothers, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate and top real estate firm in south Alabama, has been named one of the "Best Companies to Work for in Alabama" by Business Alabama magazine.

The company earned the No. 2 spot out of 20 honorees during a Dec. 2 awards ceremony in Birmingham.

This marks the sixth consecutive year Roberts Brothers has received the distinction. President Teresa Williamson credited the company's team for the achievement, calling them its "biggest asset." Marketing Director Sara Roberts described the workplace as a family-like culture, where employees are dedicated to "living and giving without hesitation."

The recognition is part of an annual program evaluating workplace policies and employee satisfaction through surveys. Rankings were featured in Business Alabama's December issue.
