Evelyn Prochazka, 85, a native of Baldwin County and a resident of Foley, died Thursday, May 31, 2007.
She was a member of T.O.P.S. No. 282 of Alabama.
Survivors include three daughters, Alice Prochazka of Foley, Caroline Brown of Fairhope and Julie Orr of Birmingham; two sons, Charles Prochazka of Prattville and John Prochazka of Robertsdale; three sisters, Agnes Maley of Bryant, Ark., Lillie Bystricky of Silverhill and Blanche Klein of Fairhope; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services were held Monday, June 4 at Mack Funeral Home. Burial followed at Silverhill Cemetery.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the charity of your choice.
Arrangements were made by Mack Funeral Home and Crematory, Robertsdale.
