Mrs. Lena Mae “Sister” Pintarelli Hill, a native and a lifelong resident of Belforest, Alabama, passed away Sat., Jun. 22, 2024, surrounded by her loving family, at the age of 93. She was preceded in death by her parents, Magdalena and Augustine Pintarelli; ex-husband, Hubert Carl Hill, sisters, Helen Lazzari, Estelle Peturis, Christine Trione; and brothers, Mike Pintarelli and Joe Pintarelli.
Lena is survived by her children, Debbie Pettis of Daphne, Alabama, Randy (Cynthia) Hill of Powder Springs, Georgia; grandchildren, Farrah Pettis, Erin (Amber) Gibson, Matthew (Melanie) Hill, Michael (Ashley) Hill; sister, Irma Davison of Spanish Fort, Alabama; great grandchildren, August, Wilder, Everett, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tues., Jul. 2, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church. The family will receive friends on Tues., Jul. 2, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. until time of the mass. Interment will follow at Belforest Catholic Cemetery.
