Amanda Renee Jackson and Cecil Wayne Brett III, A1C, U.S. Air Force, were united in marriage May 12, 2007 at Whitefield Square, Savannah, Ga. The Rev. Alfred Banks officiated at the double ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Debra and Scott Statham of Fairhope, Scott and Stacey Jackson of Mableton, Ga. The bridegroom is the son of Linda and Cecil Wayne Brett Jr. of Smyrna, Ga.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Angel Wilson, sister of the bridegroom, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Veronica Statham, sister of the bride, and Harmony Gunter, niece of the bridegroom.
Brad Castello was best man. Groomsmen were Charles Jackson, brother of the bride, and Trey Wilson, nephew of the bridegroom.
Flower girl was Jolie Wilson, niece of the bridegroom. Ring bearer was Austin Wilson, nephew of the bridegroom.
A reception at Dewey’s Dockside on Tybee Island followed the ceremony.
After a wedding trip to Tybee Island, the couple will reside at Fairchild Air Force Base in Spokane, Wash.
