Dr. and Mrs. Joe Ferguson of Clinton, Miss., announce the engagement of their daughter, Mackenzie Leigh Ferguson, to David Carroll Henry, son of Dr. and Mrs. Jerry Henry of Fairhope.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Billy Patterson of Pontotoc, Miss., Jean Ferguson of Pontotoc and the late B.C. Ferguson.
She is a graduate of Mississippi State University, the University of Mississippi School of Law and she completed her Master of Science in health administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Guy Henry of Catherine, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Russell Rawls of Selma.
He is a graduate of Samford University and he received a Mastor of Business Administration and Master of Science in health administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
The couple will exchange vows May 30, 2009 at the First United Methodist Church in Clinton, Miss.
