FOLEY, Ala. — Mr. and Mrs. David Duddy announce the engagement of their daughter. DeShay Duddy, to Ty Oliver, son of Willie and Francis Oliver of Warren County, N.C.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Foley High School and Gardner-Webb University in North Carolina.
She works at the Cleveland County Health Department in Shelby, N.C.
The prospective bridegroom is a graduate of Roanoke Rapids High School and Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond.
He works at Mabry Office Equipment in Shelby, N.C.
The couple will exchange vows Sept. 24, 2011 at the Island House Hotel in Orange Beach.
