Anna Jillian Calhoun and Benjamin Charles Barrett were united in marriage Sept. 29, 2012 at Fairhope United Methodist Church. The Rev. Dr. William E. Calhoun, grandfather of the bride, officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joel Keith Calhoun of Fairhope.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Charles Barrett of Guntersville.
The maids of honor were Jennifer Myrick of Fairhope and Jessica McCarthey of Virginia Beach, Va., and the best man was Heath Impastato of Fairhope.
The bride has a degree in social work from the University of South Alabama and is a social worker at the Baldwin County Department of Human Resources.
The groom has a degree in business administration from Auburn University.
A reception at the Point Clear Tennis Club followed the ceremony. The couple honeymooned in the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, and they now reside in Fairhope.
