The Blaze Bistro, a simulated workplace established in 2024 at Baldwin Preparatory Academy located at 33243 AL-59 in Loxley, is set to open to the general public Oct. 20.
The Blaze Bistro is open Monday through Friday at 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Orders must be placed before 10:45 a.m. for curbside pick-up at 11 a.m.
Orders can be placed at this time by visiting www.toasttab.com/local/order/the-blaze-bistro or by scanning the QR code attached to the event's flyer. Meals are fresh and student-crafted daily.
Lunch options include chicken wings, nachos, BBQ chicken paninis and cheese, pepperoni or meat lovers' pizzas. The Blaze Bistro also serves a variety of coffee and other drinks alongside cookies, cinnamon rolls and muffins. Prices range from $1 to $11.
