For those looking to get out and about after Thanksgiving, the weekend offers plenty of local events to kick off the holiday season.
From festive markets and craft fairs to family-friendly activities, there are opportunities to shop, celebrate and enjoy time with friends and neighbors.
Visitors can meet Santa, enjoy live music, browse unique gifts from local artisans and sample seasonal foods and beverages. Outdoor markets, flea markets and special celebrations provide something for all ages, making it easy to shop, play and soak up the holiday spirit.
Sports fans can gather downtown to watch big rivalry games on massive screens while enjoying food, drinks and fun activities. Whether you're shopping, celebrating or just looking for something to do, these events offer a perfect way to keep the holiday momentum going.

What: Tanger Outlets Foley will offer Black Friday savings and extended weekend hours with deals at stores including Nike, Coach, Kate Spade, Old Navy, Polo Ralph Lauren and Under Armour. TangerClub members receive exclusive perks and app users can unlock doorbusters. A Black Friday Celebration in the Family Fun Park will feature food trucks, a bubble tent, games, prizes, DJ and giveaways sponsored by Baldwin Health.
