Valentine’s Day will be here before you know it so the time to secure dinner reservations is now. Chef James Balster, of Gulf State Park’s Perch, has created a full-course Valentine’s Day menu.
The restaurant, known for its cuisine that features freshly sourced products from local fishermen and regional farmers, will offer sweethearts a delicious dinner that includes roasted crab bisque and pan seared scallops.
