FOLEY - The Foley Public Library will begin operating under new hours come 2022. Beginning on Monday, Jan. 3, 2022, the library will be open Monday - Thursday from 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Currently, the library is closed on Thursday mornings, opening at 1 p.m.

The decision was made to open Thursday mornings in an effort to provide more services to more of the community.

An official release from the library says, “The Foley Public Library loves its patrons and is trying to do more to accommodate them. We hope this change will be beneficial for many.”
