ORANGE BEACH, Ala. — Beach Cite Studios Inc., located at 27267 Perdido Beach Blvd. (Suite 202) at SanRoc Cay in Orange Beach, is now recruiting members, instructors and volunteers to raise art awareness along the Gulf Coast.

Beach Cite houses two floors of studio space available for educational experiences for guests and residents to express talents in music, dance, culinary, theater, painting, drawing and crafts.

The 8,400-square-foot facility was designed to promote a teaching and learning experience and encourage others to articulate their passions as well.

The belief is to encourage others to get involved, volunteer, be a member, take a class and share talents.

“We encourage everyone to get involved in supporting art education and interacting with others who are interested in the same artistic experiences so the community can expand culturally with the arts,” said Executive Director Jim Coughlin.

The multipurpose studio was envisioned by founders as a community mosaic of caring artistic individuals growing their skills and sharing that knowledge with others.

Art interaction and community involvement are the main focus for the nonprofit art studio so knowledge of the arts may be enhanced.

The first floor of the studios is the reception hall that has been used for various art experiences, including live music on Beach Cite’s very own Steinway & Sons piano.

The second floor accommodations include a culinary teaching kitchen, a multi-purpose dance studio, painting and drawing art studios and an audio and visual room.

There are several studio rooms available for hands-on art experiences, including music, writing, photography and for all general art purposes.

Beach Cite Studios was created to provide art experiences, promote creativity, bring people together, inspire success and impart positive values. It is a nonprofit organization providing an opportunity to serve as a “Community Interactive Teaching Experience” that could enrich the lives of the residents and guests along the Gulf Coast.
