South Baldwin Literacy Council's Winter Trivia Night returns to Orange Beach Event Center

Posted

The South Baldwin Literacy Council, in collaboration with the Friends of the Orange Beach Public Library, will host its Annual Winter Trivia Night on Saturday, Feb. 28, at the Orange Beach Event Center, 4671 Wharf Parkway West. Doors open at 5 p.m., and trivia begins at 6 p.m., with the event running until 9 p.m.

For more than 20 years, the signature event has brought friends, families and club members together for a lively night of competition. Participants will face eight rounds of 10 questions, with Mulligans available for $20 each, allowing one free answer per round. The evening also features a Pick-A-Pot game, with 20 tickets available for $25, and a mid-evening Heads/Tails contest. Attendees can expect sharp questions, confident answers, second-guessing, and a chance to show off their trivia skills — or just make their best guesses. The evening also features a Pick-a-Pot game, giving participants an extra opportunity to win.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own food and drinks, and alcohol is permitted. Prizes will be awarded for trivia winners and the best table theme.

Tickets are $160 for a table of eight or $20 per player and can be purchased at https://tinyurl.com/jh6kjnpd. Seats are limited, and organizers encourage early registration.

Proceeds from the event benefit two local organizations, the Orange Beach Public Library and the South Baldwin Literacy Council, supporting literacy and community programs throughout Baldwin County.

For more information, contact Emily Freeman at the South Baldwin Literacy Council by phone at (251) 308-0099 or email emily@southbaldwinliteracycouncil.com.

Winter Trivia Night is open to trivia veterans and casual players alike, promising an entertaining night out with friends, colleagues, and family while giving back to the local community.
