As Hurricane Isaias approaches the Gulf Coast, Gulf Coast Media is asking residents to share photos and videos of conditions in their communities to help keep neighbors informed as the storm moves through the region.

Isaias is expected to make landfall Friday evening, bringing the threat of heavy rain, strong winds and tornadoes. The storm is expected to move through the region quickly, but conditions could become dangerous as it approaches and passes through coastal Alabama.

Residents can help document the storm’s local impact by sharing photos and videos of weather conditions, flooding, storm damage and other developments in their areas. Submissions may be shared across Gulf Coast Media’s news platforms to help inform the community.

Residents can email photos and videos to NewsTip@GulfCoastMedia.com or send them in a message through Gulf Coast Media’s Facebook page. Gulf Coast Media reminds residents to take photos and videos only from safe locations and never put themselves at risk to capture storm conditions.

Stay safe as Hurricane Isaias approaches the Gulf Coast.
