Just before midnight on July 17, Robertsdale Police and Baldwin County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a domestic incident on Heartland Circle in Robertsdale.

Officers were informed of a single gunshot prior to their arrival. Upon reaching the scene, a second gunshot was heard from inside the home. Officers entered the residence and found a subject with a gunshot wound to the head. The individual was alive but unresponsive.

First aid was administered, and the subject was airlifted to USA Medical Center in Mobile.
