A Baldwin County veteran's family received a much-needed new roof thanks to a collaborative effort by the Baldwin County Home Builders Charitable Foundation (BCHBCF) and the PR Foundation.
The two organizations teamed up to provide essential home improvements, demonstrating their commitment to supporting those who have served the nation.
Chris Farlow, president of the BCHBCF, emphasized the significance of this partnership.
"We are thrilled to partner with the PR Foundation on this important project," Farlow said. "It's an honor to support a veteran who has given so much to our country. By reroofing their home, we hope to provide not only a necessary upgrade but also peace of mind and comfort."
The PR Foundation, known for its work with military veterans, people with special needs and no-kill animal shelters, saw this collaboration as an opportunity to further its mission.
"We are grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with the BCHBCF in this endeavor," said Pete Blohme, Founder of the PR Foundation. "Our mission is to support initiatives that directly impact veterans, and this project aligns perfectly with that goal. We look forward to seeing the positive impact this will have on the veteran's family."
