ORANGE BEACH, Ala. — Looking for something out of the ordinary for your Saturday night? Drop by The Hot Shop at The Orange Beach Art Center July 24, from 6-9 p.m., and watch glass artists Sam Cornman and Joe Hobbs create one-of-a-kind glass while you sip the beverage of your choice from a hand-blown glass.

Cornman and Hobbs are nationally recognized glass artists who turn hot molten glass into anything from vases to fish, shells or hands.

One never knows what they will create for these events, but OBAC guarantees that it will be entertaining and mesmerizing.

This is a great event to visit before or after dinner. Bring family and friends.

The event is free of charge, however, with a $20 purchase of colorful hand-blown drinking glass, wine or beer are available.

Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and light snacks are also available.

While you are there take the opportunity to look through the gallery.

The special exhibit is the annual Member’s Show.

There you may also purchase artwork, and glass from The Hot Shop.
