FAIRHOPE, Ala. — Baldwin County students in third through fifth grades (public, private or home schooled) are invited to draw or paint their “Dream Home” on poster paper and submit them for judging and a chance to win prizes.

Children are encouraged to use color since one poster will be chosen for the front of the special Parade of Homes tabloid publication. The contest is sponsored by Regions Bank for the 16th consecutive year in conjunction with the Baldwin County Home Builders annual Parade of Homes.

The posters should be turned in at the Bay Minette, Spanish Fort, Robertsdale, Foley and Gulf Shores branches of Regions Bank by Aug. 27. Photos will be taken of the children with their winning posters on Sept. 2.

The winning posters will be featured at Regions Bank during the Baldwin County Home Builders Parade of Homes, Sept. 20-21 and 27-28.

“We love receiving the posters every year. It’s always fun to see the world through a child’s eyes. The children are so talented and have great imaginations,” said Connie Gordon, vice president and branch manager of Regions Bank in Bay Minette.

Gordon has coordinated the poster contest, sponsored by Regions Bank, every year since the project’s inception.
