Armour College, in partnership with the American Red Cross, will offer an Emergency Medical Response (EMR) course this August in Daphne.
This intensive 56-hour training program, designed to meet national EMS curriculum standards, combines lectures, video presentations, simulated emergency scenarios, discussions and hands-on practice to prepare participants for real-world medical emergencies.
Ideal for first responders, coaches, teachers, security personnel and anyone working with the public, the EMR course provides essential skills and knowledge for effective emergency response. The training will take place over several weekends and evenings, accommodating various schedules.
In addition to scheduled sessions, the course can be tailored to businesses, schools, churches or agencies seeking onsite training. The course fee is $400.
