Following a mass shooting that took place in Stockton on Saturday, May 11, 18 victims have been identified, 3 of whom have died, according to the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office.

As of Friday, May 17, victims and witnesses  have helped the sheriff's office and Bay Minette Police Department identify and arrest two of the alleged offenders -- Robert G. Brown, 24, charged with first-degree assault, and Tyquan French, 19, charged with murder -- involved in the tragedy, which took place at a May Day party that officials estimate hosted roughly 1,000 people.

"While the arrest cannot undo the damage and trauma caused this past Saturday, we hope that our efforts will bring some peace and justice to the victims, their families and our community," Baldwin County Sheriff's Office stated. "Our job is far from complete. We will continue to work diligently until we have identified every shooter and they are charged and in custody. With that, we still need help from witnesses and victims who attended this event to accomplish that. We are asking for the public's assistance to provide information and details that will help move this investigation forward and secure a successful prosecution."

Anyone with information about the case, in possession of video from the event or willing to identify offenders is urged to contact the Sheriff's Office at 251-972-8589, option 7.
