STOCKTON — Vendors and visitors filled Bicentennial Park at Baldwin County's annual "Olde Time Days" event on Oct. 5 that served as a tribute to the county's agricultural heritage.
Dozens of local vendors lined a walking trail through the park selling canned goods, fresh produce, homemade treats and artisanal crafts and tools. Live displays of farming techniques were also held onsite as tractors plowed the open field next to the vendor trail.
"Farming remains a cornerstone of our daily lives, impacting food security, economic stability and environmental sustainability," a press release for the event read. "It supports the livelihoods of millions and contributes significantly to both local and global economies."
