DAPHNE – Fans braved the weather Friday night to see Bayside Academy dominate the Millry Wildcats in a 35-7 rout that gave Bayside faithful a preview of the Admiral running game as well as quarterback Camp Campbell's passing skills.

Thomas Buchanon put the first points on the board with a 38-yard dash into the end-zone. The score would soon be 14-0 with Buchanon catching a 17-yard pass from Campbell. The score would become 21-0 shortly before halftime with a Campbell 30-yard bullet to Geoffrey Steinbaugh.

Bayside would score twice in the third quarter with a 60-yard dash into the end zone and a 51-yard Campbell touchdown pass to Steinbaugh, bringing the score to 35-0.

Millry scored with 7:10 left in the game when Trent Wiley completed a 9 yard touchdown pass to Kendrick Grey for a final score of 35-7. The Wildcats (0-1) will visit Mobile Christian next Friday at 7:00 pm.

"We played pretty well tonight" said Admirals coach Phil Lazenby. "They (Millry) put us in a position where we were forced to throw the ball; I'm pleased with how we did."

Lazenby's Admirals (1-0) will host No.3 T.R. Miller in a regional game on Friday.
