The bi-annual Ladies Night Out event took place on the downtown streets of Bay Minette.
After Covid-19 concerns caused the cancellation of the spring and fall 2020 LNO, the City of Bay Minette revamped the event to be held outdoors to provide ample space for vendors and patrons to enjoy the night.
Door prizes were given away throughout the night as patrons shopped at more than 20 vendors set up for the event and also dined at downtown eateries.
Perdido Vineyards was also on hand to offer a wine tasting and new LNO backdrop was set up for guests to document the occasion. To close out the night, raffle prize winners were announced for the items donated by Standard Furniture, North Baldwin Utilities, OWA, Walmart, Brittany Vinson, and friends of LNO. Local school and community groups helped to sell the raffle tickets and get to retain 100 percent of the profits from those sales.
In addition, money raised at the event through raffle and merchandise sales will benefit local beautification projects. The spring event raised more than $10,000 in support of our local school and community projects. Another installment of Ladies Night Out will be held this Fall.
