Seven fishing teams from Baldwin County High School and two teams from Fairhope High School qualified and will compete in the Alabama Bass Nation High School State Championship this weekend on Lake Eufala.

Baldwin County’s duos include Jed Defee-Conner Lanham, Canyon Odom-Christopher Johnson, Eli Galloway-Mylan Tuberville and Bryant Johnson-Kyle Roger where Chance Bryars-Noah Bryars, Ryan Wright-Brody Lineberry and James Travis-Jameson Norris will make a six-man team on Lake Martin.

Fairhope will be represented by pairings of Dustin Weinberg-Grayson Patterson and Elizabeth Eastman-Walker Jenkins.

BCHS’ Junior Division recently sent five teams to the Junior Division State Championship and finished third in the team competition thanks in part to Kipton Hall and Wyatt Parker who finished as Alabama Bass Nation High School Junior Division Anglers of the Year runners-up.
