ROBERTSDALE, Alabama — The Fifth Annual Little Miss Honey Bee pageant will be held beginning at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30 at the PZK Civic Center, 17933 Alabama 104, Robertsdale.
The pageant is open to all Baldwin County students from third through sixth grade and judging will be based on poise, appearance and personality. Each contestant will be asked a question to answer.
Three independent judges will be selected to judge the pageant. All judges will be selected, after contestants are entered,
Little Miss Honey Bee will receive a crown, sash, trophy and flowers. There will be first, second, third and fourth runners-up, who will receive a trophy. Awards will also be given for Most Photogenic and Miss Congeniality (voted on by the contestants).
Little Miss Honey Bee and her court will be featured at the annual Honey Bee Festival on Saturday, Oct. 7 and will ride in a float at Robertsdale’s annual Christmas parade. Other appearances will be announced by the pageant chairman.
