FOLEY, Alabama — Three individuals are in custody after 57 grams of ICE methamphetamine was seized in a hotel room in Foley, according to a release issued Friday by the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office.
Joshua Driskell, 31, of Robertsdale; Bryan Hodges, 35, of Summerdale; and Jenny Harrison, 38, of Robertsdale; were all booked into the Baldwin County jail on Friday, charged with trafficking methamphetamine following an investigation conducted by the Baldwin County Task Force and the Foley Police Department.
Driskell and Harrison are listed on the Baldwin County Department of Corrections website as being in jail without bond. Hodges is listed as being in jail with a $123,500 bond with additional charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, second degree; two counts, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of imitation drugs, and tampering with physical evidence.
In addition to the methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and cash were also seized. These arrests are the culmination of a two-month investigation.
Driskell also faces charges of violating the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA).
