Ruth Elizabeth Fowler Zak, 93, a native of Minnesota, former resident of Hudson, Ohio, and a longtime resident of Fairhope, died Saturday, May 15, 2010 in Spanish Fort.
She was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Joseph Zak.
Survivors include one nephew, Robert (Judith) Fowler of Porter Corners, N.Y.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Interment will be at Memory Gardens of Fairhope.
Arrangements are by Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., Fairhope.
