Philip “Ta Ta” Young Sr., 75, a native of Knoxville, Tenn., and a resident of Robertsdale, died Sunday, April 15, 2007.
He was retired from Scott Paper Company.
He was preceded in death by his son, Justin Young.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Young of Robertsdale; daughter, Gage Young Bounds of Fairhope; son, Philip H. Young Jr. of Columbus, Ga.; and two grandsons, Christopher Bounds and Matthew Young.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, April 20 at Mack Funeral Home.
Instead of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Robertsdale Police Department and to the Robertsdale Public Library.
Arrangements were made by Mack Funeral Home and Crematory, Robertsdale.
