Mark Robert Younce, 24, died Sunday, May 13, 2007.
He was a Baldwin County man, well known in the Foley, Gulf Shores and Orange Beach communities. He graduated from Foley High School. He had been continuing his college education but his primary pre-occupation was being an avid sportsman. Deer hunting was his passion.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Hubert Younce.
Survivors include his parents, Robert and Geri Lee Sweet Younce of Gulf Shores; sister, Michelle Younce (Todd) Dillon of Foley; nephew, Camp Dillon of Foley; niece, Molly Dillon of Foley; grandparents, Gerry and Carol Sweet of Gulf Shores and Luverne Younce of Foley.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 17 at the First Baptist Church of Gulf Shores. Funeral services will be held beginning at 10 a.m. at the church. Interment will follow at Miller Memorial Cemter, Fort Morgan Road, Gulf Shores.
