BAY MINETTE, Ala. — A Mobile woman has been indicted on a third-degree burglary charge for allegedly stealing musical instruments, kitchen equipment and furniture from Tate Creek Baptist Church on Aug. 28, 2010.

Wanda Faye Lacy, 41, was arrested two days later, according to Baldwin County Circuit Court records. The indictment was handed down April 7, and bail was set at $5,000.

Lacy posted bail and has been released, according to jail records.
