Terry Ann Wilson, 51, a resident of Fairhope, died Friday, Nov. 16, 2007.
She was a dispatch operator at Thomas hospital.
Survivors include by her mother, Joan Wilson of Fairhope; father, Ed Wilson of Fairhope; two brothers, Eddie (Lori) Wilson of Arab, Paul Wilson of Silverhill; two sisters, Ann Wilson of Merrietta, Ga., and Barbara Wilson of North Carolina; nephew, Joe Wilson of Houston; nieces, Tori (David) Garrett of Union Grove, Katie Wilson of North Carolina; grand niece, Ayla Garrett; other relatives and friends
The family will have private services at a later date. The family extends special thanks to the Ginger and her co-workers for all they have done.
The family requests memorial donations be made to UAB, The Kirklin Clinic, 2000 Sixth Avenue S., Birmingham, AL 35249.
