The Eastern Shore Centre, known for its diverse retailers, dining options and entertainment venues, will continue to serve as a key hub for Spanish Fort and Baldwin County. Anchored by Belk and Dillard's, the center benefits from a prime location, convenient access and a loyal customer base, making it a valuable addition to Wicker Park's portfolio.

Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors, a Birmingham-based property management firm with significant expertise in retail property management, has been appointed to lease and manage the center. They will focus on tenant relations, property management, and marketing to ensure the continued success and growth of Eastern Shore Centre.
