ORANGE BEACH, AL — Fall is cool at The Wharf with exciting events throughout the month of October. Enjoy beautiful fall weather and fun for the whole family.
Calling all ladies, Girls Night Out is back at The Wharf on Oct. 16 from 5-9 p.m. Gather a few girlfriends and enjoy an evening of giveaways, fun and shopping.
Ladies attending the event can register at The Southern Grind for a free swag bag and a chance to win door prizes. Stroll down Main Street and Wharf Parkway and visit the participating stores to collect entries for the door prize drawing at 9 p.m. at the Compleat Angler. This is an event too fun to miss.
There is also fun for the whole family this fall! Get in the Halloween spirit with Spooky Movies on the Lawn at The Wharf sponsored by Kutter’s Ground Maintenance. Bring the lawn chairs and blankets on Oct. 25 at 7:30 p.m. to watch some Halloween classics, Hocus Pocus and Monsters, Inc. Also enjoy free popcorn and hayrides on the Marina Lawn.
Dress up the whole family for Halloween and enjoy a safe alternative to trick or treating on Oct. 31 from 6-8:30 p.m. Trunk R Treat is a unique family-friendly experience sponsored by Christian Life Church.
Children can collect loads of candy while strolling up and down Main Street with Halloween decorated cars. Throughout the evening also enjoy Ferris Wheel rides and other family friendly activities.
The Wharf will be going pink for the month of October in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. All donations collected by The Wharf will be donated to The Pink Heals organization in Alabama.
The Pink Heals Tour “Cares Enough to Wear Pink” is all about helping those affected by breast cancer and other women specific illnesses. Pink Heals fire truck “Cindy” will be on The Wharf property on Oct. 27-31, stop by and show your support for this organization.
Two pink police cars will also be present on property the entire month of October. These cars belong to Cancer C.O.P.S., Caring Officers Providing Support and their charity Living For A Dream.
The Wharf tenants will also be getting involved to raise money for the Pink Heals Organization. They will be participating in door decorating contests, pink ribbon day and dress to impress in pink! Stop by to show your support.
