Dan Waters, 71, a native and resident of Elsanor, died Thursday, June 25, 2009.
He served in the U.S. Army and was a retired employee from Baldwin County.
Survivors include a son, Bernie Waters of Robertsdale; step-daughter, Jennifer Stone of Hendersonville, Tenn.; step-son, Michael Sciochetti of Robertsdale; three sisters, Jane King of Foley, Reye Doss and Helen Taylor, both of Elsanor; two brothers, Joe Waters of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Oscar Waters of Stockton; three step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, June 29 at Mack Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 30 at Bethel Baptist Church with the Rev. Mitch Nelson officiating.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Parkinson’s Disease Foundation, 710 W. 168th St., New York, NY 10032-9982.
