“Wanderlust”, the name of the exhibit, reflects the artist’s joy of travel and new adventure.

“Horizons in the distance describe my wanderlust to travel. My expression in drawing is one of energy, movement and whimsy.  When enhanced by intense color and lively painting, the places created bring about unique recollections of an earlier experience,” Norem said.

Her tropical horizons are constructed from archival board and vividly painted creating depth and dimension.

Norem has exhibited in arts festivals across the country including: Coconut Grove Arts Festival, Chicago’s Wells Street Arts Festival, Dallas 500, Charlevoix Waterfront Arts Festival, Charlevoix, Mich., and Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia.
