Wanda Gail Mulford Losie, an Eastern Shore resident since 1981, died Saturday, May 14, 2011 after a 19-year battle with breast cancer.
She is cherised by her family and friends and will be greatly missed. Sh was a loving mother, daughter, wife, sister and grandmother.
Survivors includee her mother, Aida Pierce; husband, Jay Losie; two daughters, Shanne Cotton and Haleigh Cawood; two sisters, Wava Friedman and Deyka Smith; three grandchildren, Tessa Cotton and Kaden and Alexi Cawood; two nieces, a nephew and three step-daughters.
Funeral services were held Monday, May 16 at the First Baptist Church of Fairhope with Dr.Jerry Henry officiating. Interment was held Tuesday, May 17 at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation.
